Release of Oxfam and ARCO Position Paper “Where change happens”

On the first anniversary of the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development, Oxfam and ARCO publish their Position Paper “Where change happens”, emphasisig the importance of promoting actions for sustainable development at the local level where people live and interact.

In particular, this Position Paper aims at describing how local governance processes play a crucial role for the implementation of the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development.
